Soy Ingeniero Químico y Licenciado en Ciencias Naturales con énfasis
en Química de la Universidad de La Sabana, ambos títulos obtenidos con
honores. Actualmente curso la Maestría en Dirección y Gestión de
Instituciones Educativas, que fortalece mi mirada sobre el liderazgo
pedagógico. He complementado mi formación con diplomados y cursos en
educación STEM, gestión de instituciones educativas, cambio climático
e inteligencia artificial aplicada a la educación.</p>

Cuento con experiencia en dirección y gestión de laboratorios STEM y

la Universidad de La Sabana. He sido investigador en los grupos CAPSAB
y GEMA, y he participado en proyectos de innovación educativa,
<em>assessment</em> y aprendizaje basado en retos en diferentes
contextos. Esta trayectoria me permite articular la gestión educativa
con prácticas pedagógicas y decisiones basadas en evidencia.</p>

Soy candidata al Doctorado en Estudios Políticos y Relaciones
Internacionales de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, formación que
he orientado al estudio en política educativa e inclusión. A esta
trayectoria se suma una Maestría en Problemáticas Sociales Infanto
Juveniles de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, una Especialización en
Política Pública y mi formación como psicóloga de la Universidad

A lo largo de mi experiencia profesional he investigado sobre
problemáticas socioeducativas, política educativa y políticas
dirigidas a la infancia y la adolescencia. Mis intereses han girado en
torno a comprender cómo se organizan las problemáticas
socioeducativas, cómo operan los marcos normativos y qué posibilidades
se abren para transformar prácticas institucionales desde la evidencia
y el análisis cualitativo. En este camino, la investigación se ha
convertido en una herramienta para iluminar tensiones, comprender
dinámicas y proponer rutas posibles de acción.</p>
